3D NFTs - Frequently Asked Questions

Q -What is so special about your offer?
A - Our NFT offer is based on 3D objects which are animated, interactive, speaking, recognizing voice commands, and having basic AI. We have also our own NFT marketplace for our collections. This is very different than the majority of NFTs based on flat and static 2D images offered on NFT marketplaces.

Q - Why are you not offering your 3D NFTs on a popular marketplaces like opensea or raribles?
A - Popular marketplaces deal mostly with 2D images, and are not optimized for 3D objects.

Q - Which blockchain are your NFTs minted on?
A - Unlike other NFT offers which operate on popular blockchains (Ethereum,Polygon,Solana), our NFTs are minted on our own blockchain instance which runs Ethereum node software.

Q - Do I need to register and/or log-in into your marketplace?
A - If you just want to look at collections and individual items you do not need to register or log-in. However you you want to buy an item or you want to sell an item that you bought, you will need to register and log-in.

Q - What information do I put during registration in our marketplace?
A - Government regulations in many countries require going through KYC (know your customer) process. We collect User's - name, date of birth, address, image of front and (optionally) back of ID/Passport, and payment info - credit card / bank account / crypto addresses.

Q - Why do I need to put a bank account?
A - Not all countries allow fiat payments. If fiat sending/receiving is enabled for a country the User can put a credit card for sending a payment when buying, and a bank account for receiving a payment when their 3D NFT is sold.

Q - Which crypto addresses do I put on registration?
A - We require 1 account address of Solana-SOL, and 1 account address of EVM chain (0x...). These account addresses are for receiving crypto-payment on sale.

Q - How do I get 1 of your 3D NFTs?
A - You can go to our NFT marketplace, click on collection, select item, select a way of payment and do or send the payment.

Q - After I buy a 3D NFT can I sell it?
A - Yes. Our marketplace has [My assets] page which will show all of your purchased 3D NFTs. You can click on a item, and then - either select it for sale with price you put, or remove this 3D NFT from sale.

Q - What ways of payment do you have?
A - NFT marketplaces have payment in 1 crypto coin on the chain the NFT was minted on. Unlike all other marketplace we offer payments in multiple crypto coins AND in fiat - by credit card or bank transfer.

Q - How is the 3D NFT price calculated?
A - We put same initial price for all items in a collection in - fiat/stable-coin USD/USDx. This price is then re-calculated for all of the crypto-coins that we use for payment. Our 3D NFT's price is independent from fluctuations in crypto-coins value

Q - Which crypto coins can I use for payment?
A - Currently you can choose one of these coins: Solana-SOL, Avalanche-AVAX, Polygon-MATIC, Kucoin-KCS. Every minute we collect the current spot market quote and then calculate 3D NFT crypto price.

Q - What fees do you have on your marketplace?
A - Buyers pay only the list price for the 3D NFT. When owned 3D NFT sells the owner receives the amount of sale price minus 10% commission of out marketplace.

Q - What about - royalty fees, "gas" fee, credit card fees?
A - Our 3D NFTs do not have royalty fees, buyers actually own the 3D NFT. Since we have our owned blockchain we do not charge "gas" fees for our 3D NFTs. We did select crypto-coins for payments with low gas fees. We absorb the credit card fee for payments in fiat.

Q - Do I need your 'software engine'?
A - Yes. First time owner of our 3D NFT has to download and install our 'software engine'. It does - loading and animating, speaking, voice recognition, AI capabilities.

Q - Where do I install the 'software engine'?
A - Because of the larger screens the 'software engine' installs on laptop (desktop) platforms. We have releases for - Windows, Mac OS, Linux.
